Rick Snell is a principal at Enaxis Consulting. Rick’s unique industry experience has made him a key leader within the Enaxis culture, where he heads the information technology consulting practice. His expertise includes developing and implementing supply chain solutions; designing and executing program management office structures; IT consulting in highly technical manufacturing, chemicals, and telecommunications industries; and project management for projects including insourcing and outsourcing IT services, service desk, enterprise network design, network management, and large client migration and integrations.
Rick’s clientele has included Shell, Procter & Gamble, Amerada Hess, EDS, Texas Instruments, E-Systems, Dana, Dynegy, Exterran, CenterPoint Energy, SCI, Continental Airlines, Cisco Systems, and others. Prior to joining Enaxis Consulting in 2006, Rick served in various roles at global service providers, including IBM, MCI, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Enron, and Hexion Chemicals. As a trusted leader in the technology community, Rick has held speaking engagements at forums to provide insight into emerging technologies, outsourcing, and business software selection. Rick holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
