Situation
• Client required appropriate PMO structure and processes to develop and manage integrated project plans and budgets for three IT teams as well as provide PMO resources on a sub-team level

• Included an embedded PMO approach to accommodate the sub-team needs and provide better communication/buy-in to integrated view
• Facilitated interdependency workshops to develop integrated project plan
• Developed budget tracking processes and spreadsheets to include run rate analysis and total spend forecasting for $50 million budget
