Defining the Problem


We collaborate with our clients to identify questions that need to be answered, working to break down these queries into their root causes to guide the capturing of the underlying problems. Asking the right questions and defining the real problem is crucial to moving the business forward. No one understands the challenges you face more than you do, so we don’t implement a one-size-fits-all solution for all our clients. Our approach is to tailor our solution based on what you want to accomplish, what data is available, and what kind of marketing programs are currently in place. Once these parameters are defined, we set project goals to ensure our targets help you achieve success.

Data Assessment

Enaxis combines the traditional art of marketing with the “science of data” to answer key marketing questions. Data can exist in many different forms and often times are not translated into information for use in decision making. Before applying any analytical techniques, we begin by examining data intuitively to determine how it might be most effectively used to support marketing decisions. In the cases where data does not already exist, we work with our clients to structure strategies to capture the best data to solve their marketing challenges. It takes sound business judgment, in conjunction with a solid analytical approach, to create a solution where the whole is greater than the sum of the individual parts.

Execution and Optimization


Informed decision making and a resulting action plan cannot be effectively supported operationally if there are gaps that exist in the current operational processes. We collaborate with our clients to identify these gaps and implement processes to seamlessly execute campaigns that drive value. Efficient and well-executed campaigns not only increase the likelihood of marketing success but can reduce marketing expenditures as well.

Measurement and Integration


Efficiency gains in marketing programs cannot be realized fully unless they can be measured. Enaxis works with clients to establish a way to report and track performance of marketing improvements so there is clear visibility into the return on investment. Furthermore, to ensure sound interpretations of results are made, test and control constructs are integrated into the measurement process. Enaxis believes what can’t be measured can’t be managed.
