Robin Wheeler

Robin has over 20 years in the telecom industry where she has successfully developed numerous complex voice and network solutions within the IT services and energy sectors. Among her major accomplishments: she led a global, 70,000 user IP Telephony conversion for a Fortune 5 energy super major. She also streamlined a shared services insourcing strategy for a worldwide downstream aviation business unit, overseeing the migration of business process which encompassed financial and call center workstreams. Her poise, leadership, and business process expertise have provided clients with a seamless transition during each phase of the project.

Prior to Enaxis Consulting, Robin worked for Fluor Corp. as an Enterprise Voice Technical Project Manager where she managed the Enterprise Technical Team and Local Voice Teams. Robin was responsible for creating a central tier 2/3 organization to deliver and support global voice services.
Robin is recognized as an industry leader in Unified Communications, has been a featured speaker at Cisco's user group conference, and has been profiled in Houston's Women in Energy forum. She successfully balances her professional life with a strong dedication to motherhood and physical fitness.
Robin has a BS degree in Engineering Technology, with a major in Electrical/Electronics Design from the University of Houston.

Jonas
Georgsson (Principal and Co-Founder)
Jonas Georgsson, a principal and co-founder of Enaxis Consulting, brings more than 12 years of experience in management consulting and deriving business value from technology projects for his clients. Jonas has a distinguished record with a background of completed, successful high-profile global projects.
He is a leading expert in framing the strategic and business justifications for global IT investments, ranging from specialized digital oilfield infrastructure to broader, ITIL-based support solution, enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain systems. A key aspect of his skill set is the ability to deliver on these strategies through large scale innovative PMO/Project Management approaches – so that strategy can seamlessly meet execution.
His clients include Chevron, ExxonMobil, Shell Oil, IPALCO, Compaq, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Weblink Wireless, Service Corp International (SCI), Cisco Systems and others.
Prior to Enaxis Jonas was at Deloitte Consulting Energy Practice. Jonas also excelled at managing technology investments in an international network of offices for Stolt Sea farm as a Global Business Systems Manager. He managed business systems across a vast network of offices in countries that included Canada, Spain, Norway, Singapore and Japan.

Dhiren
Shethia (Principal and Co-Founder)
Dhiren Shethia, a principal and co-founder of Enaxis Consulting, brings more than 15 years of high-level experience in consulting and advisory services to executives of Fortune 500 companies. Dhiren and his team discovered a niche market to provide value-based insight and consulting services to clients for effective strategies and for expert execution.
Before founding Enaxis Consulting, Dhiren served as a Director of Operations/IT at CBeyond Communications at which he was responsible for improving efficiency and aligning business strategy with operations’ goals. Prior, he was a part of the Telecommunications / Media / Technology practice at Deloitte Consulting. He began his career as a software engineer at CCI/Triad.
His clients have included Chevron, Shell, Southwestern Energy, AT&T, Pepsi, Sprint, Newsouth Communications, Ionex Communications, Excel Communications, Dynegy, Reliant Energy, CenterPoint, SCI, Continental Airlines, ExxonMobil, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies and others.
Dhiren earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Angelo State University.

Rick Snell (Principal)
Rick joined Jonas and Dhiren as partner in December of 2008 and brings more than 15 years of business technology and core infrastructure experience. He will continue as the leader of the company’s Business Technology Consulting practice.
Prior to joining Enaxis Consulting, Rick’s career has spanned across global service providers and Fortune 500 companies including IBM, MCI, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Enron, and Hexion Chemicals. His expertise includes the developing and implementing supply chain solutions; designing and executing program management office structures; IT consulting in high tech manufacturing, chemicals, and telecommunications industries; and project managing for projects including insourcing/outsourcing IT services, Service Desk, enterprise network design, network management, and large client migration and integrations.
His clients have included Shell, Procter & Gamble, Amerada Hess, EDS, Texas Instruments, E-Systems, Dana, Dynegy, Exterran, CenterPoint Energy, SCI, Continental Airlines, Cisco Systems, and others.
Rick earned his MBA from the University of Houston and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He holds numerous technical and professional certifications. Rick is a speaker at various technical and business forums on technology in the Oil and Gas and Transportation industries, emerging WAN technology, outsourcing, and selecting the right software for your company/project.
