With more than 13 years experience, Emily has deep cross-functional
capabilities in competitive strategy, M&A, PMO & project management,
business analysis and outsourcing. She is a trusted advisor for her
clients, including some of the largest companies in the oil &
gas, utilities and commercial transportation industries.
Before joining Enaxis Consulting, Emily was a Manager at Deloitte
Consulting, working primarily in mergers & acquisitions within
the energy industry practice. Before joining Deloitte, she was a Principal
Consultant in the Strategic Change & Operations Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers
where she was a key member of the Energy Practice, responsible for
managing client engagements, developing methodologies and expanding
the firm’s strategy practice.
Emily is a graduate of Rice University with a triple major in Economics,
Managerial Studies and Psychology, and she holds an MBA from the University
of Houston |

Justin (JT) Thompson - Senior Manager

Since joining Enaxis Consulting, JT has played a critical role applying
the firm’s strategic sourcing approach within the commercial
transportation industry. Clients consistently rely on JT for his extensive
expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, and Business
Decision Analytics.
Prior to joining Enaxis Consulting, JT was a Senior Consultant for
Booz Allen Hamilton where he played a pivotal role within the strategic
management team in the Aviation and Space Practice. JT was responsible
for effectively infusing various government agencies with new technology
while reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
JT
currently serves as a speaker and alumni board member for BYX, a collegiate
fraternity centered on creating an environment for spiritual growth
of young men. JT is also a seminar speaker and mentor for LeadNow,
an organization focused on helping tomorrow’s leaders create
a life of mission. JT earned a degree in Management Information Systems
from Texas A&M University.

Robin Wheeler - Senior Manager

Robin has over 15 years in the telecom industry. She has successfully led an IP Telephony conversion for a Fortune 10 Energy Company which encompasses over 70,000 users worldwide. Her ability to apply PMO processes has enabled her clients to experience successful transition during each phases of the rollout. Prior to Enaxis Consulting, Robin worked for Fluor Corp. as an Enterprise Voice Technical Project Manager. Her responsibilities included managing the Enterprise Technical Team and numerous Local Voice Teams. Robin was responsible for creating a central tier 2/3 organization to deliver and support global voice services.
Robin is recognized as a IP telephony industry leader has been a featured speaker at Cisco's user group conference and
has been profiled in Houston's Women in Energy forum. She successfully balances her professional
life with a strong dedication to motherhood and physical fitness.
Robin

Raymond Juarez - Manager

Raymond has over seven years of management consulting experience across a broad range of industry verticals including consumer products, energy, and manufacturing ranging from Fortune 50 to the middle market sector. He is deeply skilled in managing full life cycle corporate initiatives focusing on Program Management, Information Technology, and Change Management activities and has developed expert abilities in solving complex business challenges.
Raymond began his career in New York at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Strategic Change & Operations Group where he specialized in corporate Supply Chain planning & optimization. Prior to joining Enaxis Consulting, Raymond spent the last 2 years delivering cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management assessments for Fortune 100 marketing & sales divisions. Raymond applies his engineering analytical background to the responsibilities for planning, development, and execution for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
Raymond earned a B.S. cum laude in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and is currently a Cornell Admissions Ambassador for Houston-area candidates. While at Cornell, Raymond was Captain of an Ivy League Champion Rowing Team and a letterman on the Indoor Track 800m relay team. Outside the office, Raymond is a tennis addict, a world-traveled open-water scuba diver, and a dedicated community volunteer. |

Derrick Hinton - Senior Consultant

Since joining Enaxis, Derrick has worked in demanding environments in both the High Tech and Oil and Gas verticals. He has focused on providing those clients with high caliber strategy consulting, program management expertise, and decision analytics.
Prior to joining Enaxis, Derrick was a consultant for Kalypso, a product portfolio management consulting firm serving a range of clients in Fortune Global 500. Before Kalypso, Derrick worked with DFJ Mercury Ventures, a member of the Draper Fisher Jurvetson global venture capital network, the Houston Angel Network, Houston’s premier collection of individual private equity investors, and operated as an independent consultant for some of Houston’s fastest growing firms.
Derrick earned an MBA from Jones School of Management at Rice University and a BBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. |

Kim Miculob - Manager

Prior to joining Enaxis, Kim was an Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton where she managed strategic optimization initiatives supporting NASA's International Space Station (ISS) Program. She led a team of engineers in integrating technical, political, and agency requirements to develop the five-year manifest baseline for ISS Shuttle flights and performed critical cost-saving trade studies.
The perspective Kim gained from her engineering background, expertise in systems integration, and over seven years consulting in the energy and aerospace industries enable her to deliver quality project management and ensure successful technical implementations and process improvements. Since joining Enaxis, Kim has brought these skills coupled with her strong interpersonal skills to bear in an organizational re-design project.
Kim was a recipient of the prestigious Booz Allen Hamilton Values In Practice (VIP) award, which recognizes role models of the firm's core values in their work, in their interactions with clients and colleagues, and in their personal conduct. Kim values involvement in her community. In the past, she has served as a volunteer instructor aiding underprivileged women gain the necessary computing skills to begin a new career and has repeatedly lent a hand to local shelters.
Kim holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
